2oz Empress Gin
3/4oz fresh lemon juice
3/4oz simple syrup
5oz Brut Champagne
Lemon peel for garnish
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
In a chilled shaker, combine the gin, sugar, lemon juice, and cracked ice- Shake vigorously.
STEP 2
Strain into a glass of your choice, half-filled with cracked ice.
STEP 3
Top off with Brut Champagne and lemon peel for garnish
