INGREDIENTS

8 figs- sliced in rounds
1/2 cup Marsala wine
2 tarragon sprigs
2tbsps Chile honey
1/2tbsp EVOO
1 head chicoria lettuce
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a baking dish, place find and marsala and bake for 15-20 minutes until fragrant and softened
STEP 2
Combine together the Chile honey and olive oil in a small bowl to make a thick dressing
STEP 3
Wash and tear the chicoria. On the beed of lettuce, add the figs and garnish with torn tarragon. Drizzle with the honey and olive oil dressing and serve!
